Our RV’s
We provide late model Travel Trailers as well as Class A and Class C RVs in both gas and diesel motors of varying lengths. The term Class is only about the style of the RV and not a reference to the driver license type. Only a regular driver license is required. One must be over 25 years of age to rent. We specialize in renting to first time RVers so please give us a call with all of your questions and we will help you select the right RV for your adventure.
What’s Included
Each RV has a different floorplan, some designed to suit a few and others to accommodate the entire cast and crew. Unsure? We can help you choose the right one for you. All of our RVs have full kitchens, full bathrooms and real mattresses complete with pillows, sheets and comforters. “Full Service” means that we want you to feel as though you have been upgraded to the Deluxe Suite from the moment you leave our lot. This is why we provide body and hand towels, quality kitchen wares, cleaning supplies and more…
Each RV is stocked with RV grade toilette paper, water hose and sewage hose. Each RV has one or more TVs and DVD players. You may even purchase a satellite TV service package for your trip. The Satellite service only works when parked and not while driving.
Each RV has a hitch on the back if you would like to bring your bike rack or you may select one from our options menu. You can also tow a small trailer with each RV. We don’t recommend towing a car but if you have experience, then you may. Give us a call and we will explain.
Most of our RVs have one or more slide outs. A slide out is a section of the RV which slides outward and gives you more room when parked. This is done electronically by pressing a button. No you can’t drive down the road with a slide out extended. You might just make the local news if you do!
Pricing
We charge a per night rate on all RVs. Please visit our inventory page to see the different RVs and associated pricing. We offer free, unlimited miles and unlimited generator use along with complimentary, nation-wide, roadside assistance and RV concierge services. Discounted rental packages are available on all rentals of 10 days or more. The only other fee you will see is a $150 prep fee on every reservation which includes your propane, cleaning and a full sanitized detail before you pick up your rental.
Orientation
After you have made a reservation and on the day of your pick up we will give you a full orientation on all features, functionality and driving capabilities. We are very good at this and you will be an experienced RVer before you leave our lot. Please allow yourself one hour for a complete orientation.
Pets
Absolutely pets are allowed. We require a refundable $250 pet deposit. As long as we can’t tell there was a pet in our RV upon your return then you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
We also offer pet free RVs for our customers who have allergies.
Pick Up and Drop Off Times
Pick up times are between 9am and 4pm.
Drop off is between 9am and 1pm. If you would like to drop off after 1pm, you may do so for a $100 fee but will need to be back by 5pm. If later than 5pm then a full night rate is charged. No there is not an overnight drop box and you may not leave our RV outside the gate in the middle of the night.
No refunds for early returns.
Smoking
No way! We will charge you $1000.00 if we find any evidence of smoking in our RVs. These are very high end RVs and we work hard to keep them that way.
Delivery
Would you, simply, like to arrive at your destination and relax? We can deliver anywhere. Please call for a quote.
Insurance
Insurance is required on all RVs. First, you can check with your own auto insurance company to see if they will supply you full coverage for an RV rental. Just give them a call, tell them what you’re doing and they will say yes or no. If no coverage is available, then you will need to purchase insurance through the third party insurance company. Full coverage costs about 10% of the nightly rate. Insurance is mandatory.
Reservations
To make a reservation or get a quote, please visit our inventory page. Simply, click on the RV of your choice, select your dates and follow the instructions. Reservations can be made as far in advance as you like. There is a $350 deposit due at time of reservation. This amount will be applied to your rental balance. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your pick up date. We collect a $1000.00 fully refundable, damage deposit which will be charged as an authorization and will be, promptly, returned as long as the RV is brought back in the same condition as when it was received. In the event major damage has occurred and an insurance claim needs to be made, the insurance deductible of $1500 will be assessed.
Cancellations
Cancellations will need to be in an email format. Due to the potential loss of reservations, your initial deposit of $350 is non-refundable. Within two weeks of your pick up date the full balance is, also, non-refundable but may be used for a future rental up to 12 months minus the $350 deposit.
